Family/Friends Unit                     
This unit is downstairs with its own parking spot and separate entrance.    It is the largest of our units and can sleep comfortably 7 people. 

There are two bedrooms each with a queen size and single beds, both have wool doonas, electric blankets.  One bedroom has water views with double glass doors onto a balcony overlooking Cygnet Bay,  whilst the other bedroom looks out over the landscaped garden.
 
The lounge room has a day bed which can become another sleeping area should it be needed.   Extra linen is available.   
 
There is a separate kitchen with full cooking facilities,  electric stove, microwave, fridge, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom has a separate area with a shower off to the side.  Hair dryers are available.

Tariff: $120 per double/per night plus $30 per person extra
